Hello,
I am not sure about the following situation.
If a team has been delivering 30 story point for past two sprints and suddenly it drops to 20 because team members had vacation planned what should be done?
During sprint planning we know who is going to take vacation during the upcoming sprint should the team take less story point because we know developers will not be available like previous sprints? should we leave some buffer?
is there any calculation (specially that we know how many days developers are going to be on vacation)?
