Open Assessments: are they up to date

Hello,

I am wondering if all open assessments are up to date. I came across a question concerning the need to add one "process improvement" story (item coming out of a retrospective) in each sprint. The answer on the open assessment is NO, but I read somewhere that this was now a recommendation as of last January in the scrum.org guide. Hence my question about the accuracy of the test.
