I have a serious problem and I could use some advice. I'm implementing Agile and Scrum into my org, which produces highly highly complex and difficult to understand software. On my scrum teams, we have 4 Developers, 2 QA members, and 1 Product Owner. I know that the Devs can complete FAR more work than the QAs will be able to test and close by the end of our 2-week sprints so we plan for each Dev to take on 10 story points per sprint and QA lags behind and tests stories as they become code complete.
