Okay, so I got into a bit of a discussion with a fellow scrum master today. Updating myself on the 2020 changes.
When it comes to Scrum I've always believed it to be both Iterative and Incremental. I did however wrongly interpret that a Scrum team could fail to produce an Increment, but because it was only suppose to be potentially releasable, that it wasn't necessarily an issue.
