PSM1 Questions

Hi

Have the following questions. Appreciate guidance

1. The DT updates the level of effort remaining to complete the tasks but - Who update the Sprint burndown chart and when
2. What does SM do if there is constant disagreement between Team members in a Daily Scrum. As SM does not attend the Daily scrum does he wait for the Team member to self fix it
