Scrum guide does mention estimation in the backlog refinement. But what if a teak doesn't estimate? what would he the impact of not benefiting from scrum, by not estimating?
it may end up planning more/less work for a Sprint. but anyway scrum isn't against completing everything planned for the Sprint abd is also in favour of letting the plan to achieve the Sprint goal evolve through the Sprint.
