I need some insight on a situation we have at work:
I work as a Scrum Master in the IT department of an insurance company. We have agile teams working on separate products. Our issue is that some teams are really small (2 dev team members, sometimes even 1 dev) and we have a hard time finding good profiles to join them (people with the skills and the right mindset).
We've decided that those small teams are not efficient enough (not enough interactions) and we've been working on reorganizing our IT departement.
