I'm having an issue with one of my development teams and how it's best to track meetings and assistance they give to other scrum teams. Currently, the PO creates a drag force ticket and they enter time they assist their own team members, as well as other scrum teams in the company. They have a separate ticket for scrum meetings, (daily stand-up, grooming, planning, review retro.) When tracking velocity, we use a 6.5 hour work day average. The remaining 1.5 hours of time is for scrum meetings and misc. company meetings.
