Time limit for scrum events is dependent on the length of the sprint?

I have come across this question today. Scrum guide says that "Sprint Planning is time-boxed to a maximum of eight hours for a one-month Sprint. For shorter Sprints, the event is usually shorter.". So shall i say that for 2 weeks sprints, time duration will be 4 hours ?

OR

Time duration will be same as 8 hours but it depends on team, how much time they require to complete the meeting?

I need to know the answer for this question in examination perspective.
