Due to some reasons, if the PO (Product Owner) and stakeholders are unavailable to review the work done by the development team in the sprint, what will happen?
If the unavailability is known prior to the start of the sprint, can the sprint length be decreased (say reduced to 1 week) or increased (say to 4 weeks) for this occurrence alone (usual duration is say, 2 weeks), in order for the PO /stakeholders to review the work done?
Or Should the PO should appoint a back-up person to take decisions on such events? And what if there is no back-up for the PO?
