PSM III in comparison to PSM II

Hello everybody,

I just passed PSM II and was wondering about the differences to PSM III. I know there are essay-style questions, so my understanding is that the questions presented there will be much more of the "it depends"-style and that I should convey my thoughts how to approach the situation - is this correct?
