PSM1

Hi Team,

I failed PSM-1 this morning. Scored 82.5% so fell short by just a tad :(

This is how I prepared -

1. Read the scrum guide many times.
2. Took open assessment many times and was consistently scoring between 95- 100 %
3. Took the mock exam here - http://mlapshin.com/index.php/psm-quiz/real-mode/ and consistently scored above 90%

I was found wanting in the following areas -

1. Cross-functional, Self-organizing Teams - Scored 76% here
2. Coaching and Facilitation - Scored 58% here

Any ideas for improvement please?
