On my current job I expected to handle:
I. Defects
I need literaly understand what the problem and then give it to dev - if I can't fix it fast. Problem with access, with data, with report creation, usages questions - everything (request for help from the users)
II. Evolution and request for change.
We had already 100 items in BO that never were not prioritized, new are coming every day, some stuff is planned to be done following the company Roadmap.
