In my team, a sprint runs for 15 days. At the start of the sprint, the developers work on analysing, development and unit testing the stories. It is the mid of the sprint when the stories move to QA swimlane in the Jira board. During this time, what should the developers do? Should they wait for the new sprint to start and then pull in new stories to the board or should they pull in new stories in the mid of the sprint and start working on it.
