Just looking for some advice or pointers on how you feel we'd be best operating.
So we're a digital agency based in the UK our dev time is currently under immense pressure with the amount of work we have, deadlines, tickets and jobs that appear on the schedule.
At present, our project managers/client services team manage our schedule on a weekly basis and we have standups each morning where we run through what we have on for the day, if any job/ticket didn't get completed it's carried across to the next day.
