I would be happy to receive your input on the following: If we are talking about feature teams - would we gain more benefits if team would be long lived (team stays the same and takes different features to deliver) or dynamic (if new features appears in the road map the team composition changes after delivering current in progress features and different individuals are working together to deliver these features and then re-forms)?
