Hi guys!
I've just recently become a product owner in a large organisation. I've worked at the company for over 12 years and have various Agile and Product Owner certifications.
SCRUM and agile working is still fairly new and the business isn't currently set up to fully commit to full agile. For example with have releases once a month and alot of stakeholders still are in a Waterfall mindset.
I have noticed a few things that need to be tweaked to improved on, but I have a question which I'm hoping you can help me on...here it goes.
