Hello everyone,
I want to discuss a topic here or rather really needs your valuable inputs on one of the topic which occurs repeatedly in my team.
In a running sprint, if there's a user story which is not marked as 'done' and during the testing of user story a small UI issue is found which is not a new requirement. Should it be handled as an improvement story or development team should fix that before the user story is reviewed?
Also, want to understand more on what is an improvement story and when it should be created?
