To pass any of the PSPO or PSM certifications you have to remember that there are no Sprints 0 in Scrum. End of story? Not necessarily.
Recently I've been thinking about this topic and would like to "challenge it" a little bit as a food for thought 😉
First, when we talk about Sprint 0 we mean a common antipattern when the Team is working on the infrastructure / foundations (e.g. database, data access layer) without delivering any value to the customers. But is it really always a bad thing? Are there any rare exceptions?
