I have joined my current company a few months ago, and soon took over the SM role on an ongoing project. The previous SM and customer's PO couldn't find the common ground on various topics. I'm hoping to try and make things right. Yet, I'm also meeting some impediments along the way, mine being with the so-called RockstarDev guy.
From my standpoint, the main issue here has been a lack of communication during the course of the project, and that now escalated. Nothing that couldn't be fixed, I presume, but nonetheless it's not easy for me to handle.
