I took part in an interesting exercise today to map out roles vs responsibilities and expected responsibilities using a table format, not something I had come across before or learned about within Scrum but an essential technique (I am told) for feeding into an agile team charter.
Whilst I totally get the point of it and found it an enjoyable exercise I was slightly confused about how this works with Scrum. I am told the charter will include the responsibilities a senior dev, lead, architect, BA, PO, Scrum master, delivery manager etc play and how the other roles see these roles.
