Hello Everyone,
The Product Backlog is owned (and ordered) by the Product Owner. Sprint Backlog consists of the Product Backlog Items that the Development team plans to implement is a particular Sprint, along with the list of accompanying tasks. Is the Sprint Backlog ordered as well, unless there are some dependencies among the tasks? For example, login and SSL enable features can be added only after user accounts have been created. But if all the tasks (and items) in the Sprint Backlog are independent of each other, is there a need to prioritize them? If yes, this should be done by Development Team(as they own the Sprint Backlog), and not the Product Owner. Please clarify.
Thanks.
