Scrum in System Administrator Environment

Hello Scrum Masters et al,

I was made aware of the PSM certification and passed it within 48 hours. I'm trying to figure out how to implement it in my environment. I have three teams in my department:

• Service Desk, which will apply ITIL 4 standards
• Software Development, which I will use standard Scrum sprints based on the product we're delivering
• System Administration/Software Configuration
