In our company we're trying to involve our stakeholders more into working agile. We've already made quite some changes, as they attend the review once a month. Currently we're facing two challenges.
1. Stakeholders don't get excited of the increments. Since some reviews are based on the backend, it's very difficult to receive feedback from stakeholders. Even if I try to explain why the backend is necessary for future features. Side note: we have internal stakeholders and currently we're working to involve customers to the reviews.
