Hi All
Is Release Burndown Chart acceptable concept in Scrum? Burndown by definition should signify the amount of Work reamining..And generally we cannot have a Release planning covering all the Sprints . Sprint Planning takes place at the beginning of the Sprint only.So what is Release Burndown suppossed to contain or signify?
Thanks
