When a leader says 'Something is off, Scrum isn't working' what questions and probing do you do to find out the root of the real problem? I have a group that has only been doing Scrum less than a year, so I don't think Scrum is the problem as they are still in the formative stage IMO. Eager to hear your thoughts based on the summary below...
