My organization works in a project that already is in production and the customer uses it daily.
Our sprint length is of 2 weeks but a few days ago, in retrospective, I got some suggestion from Product Owner to do like:
- In your sprints planning, please, plan 90% of the capacity of the team.
- Leave 10% for production bugs (blockers)
To be honest, this approach can help and work for the organization (unless when the bugs get more than 10% of the capacity, this will put the sprint goal in risk).
