Hello fellow Agileists!
My organization has a group of Scrum Masters & coaches and we've been tasked with making our own OKRs each quarter along with the other disciplines within the organization.
We're really struggling here. It's clear for say, a marketing team or engineering team to build out some OKRs with very specific measureable results that relate to the orgs overarching OKRs, but for us, not so easy..
