I have just taken the PSMI test and seem to have found a broken question. (See attachment)

As you can see it asks to select three (3) answers, but only allowed me to select one (1).
Unfortunately I failed the test with a 67/80 (83.75%). I have emailed the support team and will hopefully hear from them soon. It looks like if this question was counted incorrect, it contributed to my failing score. I really hope I am allowed to either retake the test or be given this question as correct, because of this bug.
I'd love to hear everyone's thoughts on the matter.
