Our organization is about to embark on SCRUM. They will kickoff an 8 week cross-functional planning session where they will have a set of stories, (or features is what they call them) identified that are achievable to be worked on over an 8 week period (4 2-week sprints). So, it will be 8 weeks of planning (grooming) and 8 weeks of execution. The outcome of the 8 week planning (which will include estimating the work) will have a cross-functional or enterprise backlog. Here are my questions:
