I am currently working as a Scrum Master on the new Scrum team (''freshly baked''). I've encountered a situation whereas the team needs to give high-level estimations on the PBI's because management needs to present a project timeline to our CEO.
The challenge is that I am trying to convince management that we need to do give these estimations in story points and to try to have the small-size US which can be finished in a sprint or less.
On the other hand, the project manager wants to have estimations in hours/days.
