I would appreciate if you could share the real experience of such case: first some months company used Scrum and later moved to Kanban as the only one.
1) what were the reasons to change?
2) the process of changes
3) new ooportunities that gave Kanban
Different combinations (Scrum+Kanban) are out of interest.
