Team casual in their approach

Hi,

I have been given a team who is a little too casual in their approach when it comes to following scrum. We have 10 working days in any given sprint. There is not even a single story that reaches for testing in the first 5 days. Stories starts coming in from the 6th or 7th day. Although the team manages to finish off the work and we have never carried on with a story after the sprint finishes.
