Hello all,
Getting the developers in my organization to be involved in Scrum and take advantage of it is the most difficult task I've had so far. This is very strange to me because Scrum was "created by developers for developers" and it should automatically be the software development methodology they would push for. Still, I am facing trouble in motivating them to be engaged in Scrum Events and absorb the Scrum values which enable autonomy and flexibility.
