Survey: Organizational Culture and effectiveness of agile methods

I'm currently working on a master thesis about agile methods and therefore ask for your help. I would like to determine the connection between the type of organizational culture and effectiveness of agile methods, such as scrum, kanban, XP, crystal clear, DSDM.
