At risk of being slightly off topic, does anyone find the concept of a Hackathon quite amusing? In my opinion, apart from the length of typical Hackathons (thus being an unsustainable pace), they are great examples of how every team should be enabled to work. Hackathons tend to generate the most enthusiasm and motivation from a team.
