Retrospective

Hello All,

I have a query on Retrospective. One team member says, retrospective is boaring and not interested to discuss on the improvements. As a Scrum Master in a team, how would he/she handle this situation, so that other team members should not be effected. The team is already had a Scrum training and experience enough to understand Scrum and they are also in to 60th sprint.
