Who should be Line Manager (appraisals, disciplinaries etc..) for Developers in a Scrum Team (if it should not be the Scrum Master)?

First I thought I would share with the community the information/sources that I have researched recently regarding a certain Scrum topic as maybe this will help someone else one day.
