Dear Members,
Just joined a team as SM where 70% of our backlog, US are on support tickets. Minimal new development. We often run in to issues when we need to resolve tickets ASAP as they are show stoppers and business critical.
what approach you suggest to achieve best visibility to my VP of Product Mgt. per him Burn down charts look funky, scope keeps changing, moving targets and team is not comfortable either confident on what they are doing..
Any help, suggestions, advise much appreciated...
