Can someone with more technical knowledge than me explain why this is a common response to the estimation of a bug as a PBI?
"We can't estimate a bug, because it's impossible to know how big a bug is."
How can I try and coach a way around this?
How might a team running only with Kanban try and break down items on their backlog into relatively similar sizes if the majority of items are bugs, and the response to such an attempt is the above?
