Hi everyone,
In the company I work for we have the scrum team formed by people in totally different timezones. Let's say 3 team members are in Australia, some in Brazil and some in US. In this case how you guys handle the ceremonies, like Sprint Planning? Team members would have to work till late in one timezone to have everyone together? (seems not fair)... do we split the sprint planning in two?
It would be great if you can share your thoughts.
