In my company, the scrum master sometimes says this and that about certain products moving forward during our daily scrum. The Scrum Master would just casually say, 'Jim (PO) mentioned that this will start 2-3 weeks time'. Then all the POs have a staff meeting with the CIO (mangement) and 'Project Managers/ scrum masters' Then does that mean the PO will represent the opinions of the management during scrum. I am not sure if it is the PO that decides projects or the CIOs/ directors?
